Our Commitment
Torkan Projects is the trading name of Torkan CIC, a Community Interest Company registered at the Companies House. Torkan Projects is a provider of Supported Living accommodation to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, ensuring that individuals can safely live in the community in suitable accommodation with assessed care and support.
At Torkan Projects, as an organisation and as a team of dedicated support workers pledge to provide extraordinary services that will support our individuals to achieve life-changing outcomes. We will do this by providing stability, strong and effective relationships and our shared focus on quality of service provision.

Our Services
Chaperone services
Our qualified and experienced support workers at Torkan Projects will support the service users to make and attend health and medical appointments, order and collect prescriptions from pharmacies . Our staff will where required support the service users to access the community safely, protect from risk of harm, abuse and risk of exploitation.
Meal Preparation & Diet Planning
Support workers at Torkan Projects will support the service users to plan, create appropriate shopping lists, shop, and prepare meals based on the service users’ dietary requirements. Meal plans will also consider cultural and religious requirements of the service users.
Housekeeping & Domestic Services
At Torkan Projects, we pride ourselves on supporting service users as part of their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to keep themselves and their environment tidy, clean and free of clutter. Our support workers will support the service users with such tasks as light housekeeping, laundry, and linen change. This range of services can also include making errands and grocery shopping.
Respite Care Services
Torkan Projects support workers can provide support services to individuals whose regular carers are away on holiday or indisposed. Respite Care can also be used when the service user comes out of hospital and requires short term care for rehabilitation.
